The restaurant serves really good breakfast and cocktails at reasonable prices, while the tranquil sound of the river ensures peaceful nights. Accessible taxis into town make exploring easy. Just be aware that some amenities are in need of updating.

The location offered was marvellous so close to the public areas, the places to recreate more beautiful, and the rushing river which is the main draw.

Ideal for Families Seeking Relaxation

I mean the outdoor seating by the river was good! We had dinners there and the ambiance created by the rushing water was just very nice, but wear bug spray or you'll be eaten alive.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly for what we got, still acceptable.

Comfortable bed in a decent location.

I experienced several issues . The bathroom was filthy upon arrival, and I had to call multiple times to get it cleaned. To top it off, I had no hot water at times and waited far too long for assistance from the front desk.

great views but some room for improvement

The views of the waterfall from my room were fine! The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the spaciousness of our room made it very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the tranquil garden view with a perfect backdrop....  

The lovely garden views and charming rustic decor made me feel right at home, while the gentle sound of the river created a peaceful backdrop, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and enjoying nature's beauty....  

The amazing river views were a highlight, and the amenities like the ping pong table and jacuzzi were so much fun.

The garden views were lovely, and the cozy river sounds made it a serene escape. My room had a decent size, but it could do with a little sprucing up. The staff was quite charming.

The bathroom was so tiny that I reminded me of I was auditioning for a game of Tetris! And let's not even talk about the WiFi-sometimes it felt more like a 'why try? ' Situation!

Beautiful surroundings but room cleanliness needs improvement

I loved the fine views from my room and the relaxing sounds of the river nearby. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with well-maintained gardens and great amenities like the pool and playground for kids. The room could have been cleaner. I noticed some sand and dirt in the bathroom that needed attention. The dining experience could be more consistent to match the beautiful setting.

The grounds are beautifully maintained, with vibrant gardens and the soothing sound of the river. The staff were great, helping to, which I greatly appreciated as a senior traveler.

Room accessibility for seniors could be improved.
